You can avoid debt in several different ways. For one, if you are going to buy something with a time plan i suggest you only buy one of those things. In other words, let's say you want to buy a new TV and you have to pay a small amount every month for a few months. Do not buy more time plans when you are already paying for one thing; this is the main way people build up debt. Only buy one thing at a time with a time plan to avoid building up a lot of debt and increasing stress levels.
